Our HOA Painting Process

1. Community Assessment

We inspect all buildings, measure surfaces, and assess paint condition. We provide a detailed report with photos for your board.

2. Color Consultation

We present color options that respect your community's architectural style and HOA guidelines. We provide physical sample boards for board review.

3. Board Presentation

We attend your board meeting (in person or via Zoom) to present the proposal, answer questions, and address resident concerns.

4. Resident Communication

We provide flyers, door hangers, and email templates for the board to communicate with residents about the painting schedule.

5. Phased Painting

We paint in phases to minimize disruption. Each phase is inspected and approved before moving to the next.

We work with your HOA's approved color palette. If you need new colors, we provide sample boards and can attend board meetings to present options.

Q: Do you provide certificates of insurance?

Yes — we provide certificates of insurance directly to your HOA management company. $2M liability, workers' comp included.

Q: Can you work within our budget cycle?

Yes. We provide quotes that are valid for 90 days, allowing your board time to approve within the budget cycle. Multi-year phasing is available.

Q: Do you offer warranties for HOA communities?

Yes — 5-year workmanship warranty on all HOA projects. We stand behind every property we paint.

Q: How do you handle residents who don't want their unit painted?

We follow your HOA's governing documents. Typically, exterior maintenance is the HOA's responsibility. We communicate directly with residents and address any concerns.
